The SS. It's called the 6.0L truck manifold turbo. Basicly a cheap way to turbo my car, now I just need to find an intercooler and fab the piping and few other little things. The Turbo is a Precision PT51, good for about 550 hp, but this is just a start, I needed a turbo for mock-up and a buddy had this one laying around. After I get it going with the PT51 I will be swaping it for a bigger one.

 

how much psi? what compression ratio?

 

Stock compression for now (10.25) I know it's kinda high but with the cam I am using a lot of compression will bleed off. I am only going to run 8 psi or less, but that should be good for at least another 100 hp or so. I figure I can get into the 10's with it.

 

I keep seeing the compression listed as 10.1. Do different LS1s have different CRs or something?

I thought it was 10.2, either way it's real close. I am pretty sure that all LS1's had the same.
