Ah nice =) Man, bumper cutting to fit an intercooler is a total pain. I helped a friend install a FMIC on his old bugeye WRX wagon, and it took us about 7 hours of just careful cutting to make it look right.
I won't cut my bumper cover, it has to look stock from the out side, I know I will loose a little air flow, but I can make for that with an air damn. I can also open up the two holes in my grill for air.
Word. Is there enough space between your bumper cover and your radiator / frame for an intercooler? That's the only reason we really had to cut the back of it. Otherwise the rest of the bumper was left as it was.
Truck manifold turbo? Hmm never heard of it. Make sure you put pics up when you are done I was going to do the STS route in a few months (soon as shes paid for woot! almost there). Any sites that show/explain this set up?
Damn that wont cut the mustard for me I'm not willing to ditch the AC guess I'm gunna have to stick with the STS or maybe ATI (SC of course). I saw a pic of one once where a single turbo was put where the battery was placed but I forgot where I saw that at
