my buddies dad just got a loaded c6 convertable corvette auto. wow, that thing is SICK! anyway, i ended up racing him from a dig to about 60 or so, just playing around. had to let off because of traffic. we stayed even through first and he got about half a car on me in second and then had to let out because of traffic. i was very proud of the ole 5.0. by buddy was very supprised i hung in there so well(my bfg drag radials were a big help). anyway, just from riding in the vette earlier that day i know it would have gotten ugly fast if we would have racing any longer. that thing pulls like a freight train through every gear. i've always liked vettes but after getting to ride in the new c6 i have a new found respect. everything about that car was friggin' badass. it had the heads up display, dvd and navigation, heated seats, etc etc.

Good job staying with one for a little while.I've always liked vettes too,but I've never riden in one.If I were to ride in a new C6,I'd probably be trading 3 vehicles in on one.
