Give it alot of gas (up to 4,000 rpm), hold it there, and let out the clutch. You should have a nice burnout w/ that.

I do the same, but I slip the clutch out slowly. You will need to use all three pedals. Put your left foot on the clutch, your right on the brake, and ask a friend to hold the gas pedal

I do burnouts every Sunday at the local dragway and always use all three pedals. I push the clutch in and turn my right foot sideways and hold the brake with my heal and push the gas with my toes. It's always worked well for me.

Its pretty funny when you tell all your buds your gonna do a mean *** burnout in the mall parking lot. And then you rev it up your engine sounding real mean you let go of the clutch..and... You burn for about half a second and pull off...oops forgot to turn traction control off

line lock FTW!! Definatly something I will invest in when I make the switch from DR's to pure slicks.... but that'll be a while.. rear end needs some beefing first.

Just rev high and dump your clutch... Hell, I can do a smoke roll'n burn out in my 4.0 ranger easier than I can the stang... but having cute little 14" tires makes that easy [8D]

Just get on flat ground, rev to 2,000 rpm, sidestep the clutch with your left foot to the break and floor the throttle at the same time. SHould jump just a little. bring the rpms up to 4grand hold it there as long as you want and release the break gradually. When i was still stock on my 94 i could leave twin 90footers this way.... goodbye tires
