Funny...Maybe, u decide!
Can anyone tell me why guys in stock *** srt's think they are gods??? I had a recent encounter with a guy who swore he outran a ls1 camaro and that he kept up with a c6 vette until 4th gear. His little ricer biotches kept saying how he was close to 11's in the 1/4, so I decided to take a trip to the locl track without my car and do some surveilence... He ran 14.3, 14.6, and 14.1. I had a freind talk to him and he said he would be faster but his hard-pipe wasnt holding boost. Now I am assuming this, but correct me if I'm wrong, street tires, no suspension work, stock turbo, aftermarket wastegate, cut off exhast, and thats it. Thats is what his car had... 12 second combo??? I think not...lol. Sorry for the post to all you cool srt peeps, but I had to get this off my mind.

ive seen a stock srt with the exhaust hacked and a ton of weight reduction run in the 12s...
however, these are the kinds of dodge owners that make dodge owners like myself look bad...which is why im not a big fan of the srt owners...

Haha yeah that's the norm it seems as much as I hate to say it. I'm an SRT-4 owner and I hear all kinds of BS spewed. When I used to be on the stock turbo, I could outrun near stock/stock LS1s, but I had alot of other mods done to the car to be able to do it. Not to mention the elevation I live at is a killer on a N/A car.
Do you happen to remember what his traps were? Reason I ask is that as you know it's hard as hell to get the power to the ground in an SRT-4 let alone on street tires. At best he's probably just over 100mph but more than likely less. If that's the case he's not even close to a 12.
Either way, you nailed him with his BS 11's.
Hit the nail right on the head. It's asshats like that who give SRT owners the bad rep they have.

i just have to say GO GATORS!!!!, yeah i met a kid at the local track also who had a stock srt4 with 70k+ miles on it and his best time was 14.3...but i don't think he could drive it to potential but they are stout lil cars w/ some good mods to them and a sticky tire easy 12s but i like my mustang too much to part with it

I have met both kinds. The asshats are completely oblivious that they are. I find it funny that the ones that live in the real world, do not want to be assoc. w/ SRT drivers in any way.
They are quick cars that have potential. not MY style but to each their own. I just find the BS numbers that these monsters produce amusing.
