cmon guys, no need in baggin the ss/sc.. I've personally raced a 94-98 gt, dunno if it was a 4.6 or 5.0 tho. Dont even know if he was modded any, but i completely destroyed him from a 45mph roll.. He was the 1 revving his engine up at me, me and my girlfriend was minding our own business.. Lets just say i had at least 3 to 4 cars starting in 3rd gear to the end of 3rd gear..

 

forgot to post my loss too... Raced a 99-04 gt also, i know he at least had flowmasters on it, theres no better sound than a gt with flows, lol... From a stop light he got me off the line then i hit 2nd started to go by him and missed 3rd gear, he pulled like a car on me, then when i did get it in 3rd i started gaining on him but didnt get a chance to go around him cuz when he saw me pullin back up on him he let off.. Was the same night as the 94-98 gt race.. But im not hating on mustangs, i actually love mustangs have owned 2.. a 91 mustang gt, and a 95 mustang gt.. But just lettin u guys know that these little cars aint that slow. The worst problem with the cobalt ss/sc is getting them off the line descent. They wheel hop like crazy, u pretty much gotta ease thru 1st gear then go for 2nd cuz 1st is nothing but problems... I was actually looking about trading my car for a 04 cobra at Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park, IL.. Was a saweet a** ride i must say..

 

Yep,NPI GTs will get killed by a Cobalt SS/SC,but then again they wont stay with a S197 V6 either.
