correct..but even the non-srt4 newer ones..a friend of mine has an sxt with a 5 speed, and he ran 16.0s...basically stock.

Which is quicker than a sn95 V6 as far as I know.

I owned a Neon in college, it was an R/T. Bone stock with a K+N filter I got it run a 15.9. As soon as I was done with school I traded it on a 95 Z/28.

Bone stock in my auto split port I pulled a 16.9... If I had the slip still I'd show it to you.. but thats been 5 years or more now.. but I beat the auto v6 maro ragtop I was racing so it made me happy. glad that thing didnt stay stock long...
