Did any of you have any good races friday night?

 

I beat my cousins protege again in my ranger if that means anything to anyone [&:]

The car hasnt been out in 2 weeks due to the ice/snow.. hasnt been started in over a week now either

 

It's just too cold to get out no one wants to stand around. We will probally start back about march or so.

I rode with my friend in his 98 Saturn SC2 for are cruise last night.

The saturn has a 1.9 DOHC with 65mm TB, Cold Air intake, Pacesetter Header, 2 1/2" Mid-Pipe w/ High flo cat, 2 1/2" Pacesetter catback and NOS 75 dry shot.

We also met up with a couple other freinds with a 93 B16 VTEC Honda and a 89 Turbo Laser.

Cars we beat:
The 93 Honda
05 Cobalt SS
03-04 SRT-4 (by a fender)

Car we lost to:
91 Turbo Laser
03-04 Cobra (HAHA)
90's 5.0 GT
7.3 Powerstroke (it smoked the tires off at 25 MPH ! )

Are friday night races are a little better than this, but since its getting so cold out not many people show up. I guess we will have to start some winter projects to keep are selvs occupied.

 

That's what i'm doing is looking for a winter project. I can't find any thing like what i'm looking for. A friend of mine bought a dodge ram 2wd with a 318. I live in Poplar Bluff, MO so do any of you know of any project cars located any where near hear?

Whoah, hold up. A Saturn with a 75 shot outran an SRT-4?[&:]

 

my saturn has 140hp. add all those bolt-ons to get around 180 (crank). add a 75 shot and get 75hp and 100tq, and it should be a good race with a stock neon

 

I havent gotten any good races in a while, but i DID manage these right here yesterday night:

The other was a 2nd Gen. turbo Eclipse, stock, FWD, from a 55roll. I dont like roll racing, but whatever, i was itching for it. And i shocked myself. Put a good car and a half-2 cars on him to 95ish and then had to brake, i was still pulling too.

 

Sat. night I raced a f-150. That had a few mods beat him by car and a half.
