If you got the kill then just take the win and give him (the better driver) credit where it is due. If I had a supercharged 05 GT and was only able to get 2 car lengths on a STI, I wouldn't be bragging about anything. STI's turns heads too. They are still great cars for the money and do some serious damage once you put a few thousand dollars into them. Then you go on to say his car looks like a piece of sh**. Wow. How old are you 12? Is this your first sports car? Is this your first kill? I'm bewildered....

OK, So im guessing ur some type of Spoiled Brat? There are GEO STORMS that will EAT ur car alive. yeah there car cost $200, 10kmotor & Turbo thats 10,200 and they are running 9's. Wow, u paid 30k for ur High 12-13 Sec car :-).

there is no way in hell a stock sti will stay within 2 cars of a blown s197...bad start for the gt or not. besides the outcome of the race...it's obvious the guy was more than mildly modded (sti) by his reaction (what do you have under the hood of that beast). a stock sti and a stock s197 is a drivers race so he wouldn't have that reaction if he was stock. awd is great on the street with the assumption the driver knows how to launch...90% of them can't and the ones that do know they're risking the tranny/clutch/transfer case.

and silverss06sc..ive seen so many stage 2 srt4s that struggle with getting into the 12s...and even with the stage 3, we are talking about a mid 11 second car if it has a ton of supporting mods and is well driven...so no, it wont just roll over a terminator...

SilverSS I know a guy who had a SRT neon with more in mods than I paid for my car. Sure he had like 450 whp but was useless. He would spin on anything under 70 mph rolls. Sure its enough to theoretically whip 95% of whats on the street but what good is it if you can't hook it? He even says it had enough to beat his 500+ camaro but he could actually launch it. He traded it for a 6.0 GTO and is more happy with it at the moment.
I doubt the STI was stock. I beat stock or stockish STI's (as long as they don't have a ton of mods) all the time (haven't raced a new one yet though). Sure they out launch me just about everytime but even before the 1/8th mark I'm usually gaining if not already ahead. I'm sure a SC stang would hand me my tail so if he only beat it by 2 then either the STI was modded or other guy just couldn't drive even then I bet it was modded.
