Yeah, the clutch is in bad shape but still holding up alright. Still managed to do okay.

I'm not afraid of him getting a turbo. I have my own plans.

Sad all that work in the civic and it cant evenbeat a basically stock GT. I wonder how much money he wasted on that thing. Good Kill!
Seriously.. that civic has little work done. A motor swap is a 5hr process & the motor is still near stock.. intake & exhuast is nothing special for a civic really. If anything.. it was just a poor money investment cuz of the rarity of the Type R, unless he got it for good deal.. which its easily had for alot less if you know where to shop.

good kill, you're not forgetting that you had what 3 ppl in the car at least 2 anyway, which makes a huge differance, my friend in his 99 gtp grandprix almost lost to a 2000+ eclipse gt b/c we had 4 ppl in the car and he only had his GF in the car, so he pretty much got owned by a stock gt, and yea i agree your car sounds good, its alot like the way my gt sounds.

LOL Blownsvt....I'd say so myself.

I actually started pulling almost immediately, and more so as the engine hit powerband.

From a stop on a crappy launch, I had him by several cars. But of course he will be upgrading a bit as well. I contemplated getting gears or cams, but I think I might start with a blower, first.
