Yea the guy who broke the Land Speed Record in an SRT4 with a stock Block. He ran 700 to 800 hp. No dyno nubers but he did make a run from a dig to 5 miles with an average of 220 + not bad for a four banger. The head was ported. Block stock

PS. You must mean the engine block, 700 FWHP compared to the S197 GT's Aluminum block can hold 800 RWHP without much trouble.

Actually the stock turbo will spike at 25 to 27 and hold till about 5000 and fall fast to 14 to 16 depending on what is ported or what not. But the effecency of that is less than around 20 to 22 lbs if cooled. Other wise your wasting your boost and cutting hp.

Please read this statement again... The fastest production 4cylinder car. There is a big difference between the fastest 4 cylinder and the fastest 6,8,10,12,16,etc.

Tell you what ifyou are around MO some time I'll take you for a ride. You can tell me if the boost falls before 5000 I can make it hit 25 but I risk detonation I usually run 20 to 22.

He pulled ahead at first but when I hit 3rd he lost the car he put on me and a few more. Yea I was spinning through first and second, Cant use more than half the peddel gotta remember. That's with 22 lbs. Later this month I'll have 26 lbs with stage 3. Just a reminder with slicks and 250 hp the SRT-4 Will run a 12.6 1/4 and a 8.1 1/8th. Those are really incredible for a car that is 20,000 new. Your GT is what? And the stage 1, 2, and 3 are dealer installed factory warrenty upgrades so that Stage 3 and your belovedCobra would have a good run with a car less than the basemodel. With the stage 3 and a few other mopar upgrades that can putyou down to a 11.7 . That is with that super beast 500 GT hu. That is dealer installed. yes.
