Alright, so on friday night I lined up with my friends RX-8(auto). I had been hearing some stuff about it and wanted to see if it was true. Well the first time we raced the light turned green and my friend wasn't ready and to say the least I put like 6 buses between us. The next time we raced my friend let my other friend drive the car so we are going along at 45mph he counts 1....2....3 and we both go at the same time at 60 I've got 1/2 car, we keep going at 75 I'm a car ahead, when I hit 85 I've got 1 1/2 cars and we shut down. Next we turn onto this road and go from a stop he counts again 1.....2.....3 instantly I jump a 1/2 car at 45 I have a car, at 65 1 1/2 cars and at 85 I had 2 cars and then we shut down. All in all they were good races and I was surprised at the results both times. I'm really happy that I beat an RX-8.

Yeah, I raced one with three other people in my car and put a bad hurting on them. They are game for V6's easily.

 

How sad. It make me feel bad to slauter other cars. Yea right. Nice kill. Oh I just noticed your a 6 damn my GT would beat him horribly. It's a sad sad day for mazda's. I looked it up 1.3 L engine. That can not be right. I bet my lawn mower has more HP.

 

don't try racing a 6-speed. the autos claim to have 215 to the crank and the 6-speed claims 245. they can rev higher and are geared real steep so thy are always in the powerband.

oh and that video appeared to be like MAYBE a car length...

 

rotaries are the most powerful engines ever made in the litersower section. what they lack in torque they make up for in high revving and their light weight. those engines only weigh around 60 lbs less than an all-aluminum v6.

 

Yes those were altezza's... take off those tail lights they belong on ricers... Mustangs need tribar lights.
