Hmmmm 2000si why do you have to try to be the savior for all the 4 cylinder/ import people in the world on a mustang forum?

Well since i have a probe i have to comment. Not all probes are ricers, sure there are quite a few of them though but i hae also seen some ricer mustang guys. i have a probe and i know its not fast but its decent for what it is, with just a cold air intake, no cat and a good clutch i cand hit 14.9s. it can hold its own against stockish mustangs. there was a carbed stang that laughed at me because i was racing with a probe but i ended up beating him so i guess i was the one laughing in the end. I know a probe doesnt have as muct potential as a stang but i guess that why i ended up buying a mustang, even though im selling the probe and mustang so i can eventually buy a nicer mustang

 

I'm calling bullsh!t on the 14.9s until I see a time slip, maybe in a turbo but with what you say you have I find it hard to believe. Next note noone said all probes were rice and no mustangs were, I've seen several riced mustangs. Just from what I've noticed though it seems every probe guy out there thinks he has a compact supercar.

I happen to be a fan of the ZX2 and I do know their potential, (I have a vid of a built ZX2 running 12s btw...) and I get tired of seeing people like yourself talk out of their asses because they think they know what they're talking about.

...same thing I've noticed from a lot of people with Mustangs, especially those people with GTs...

there is him hangin with a newer gt, the stang had the rt on him but had him through the 60fter so i dont think you can call bs anymore. yes he only has a cai and and exhaust and a good clutch. no turbo for him

I swear I think you get dumber everytime you post man, so you know the potential of a zx2. I'm sure everytime you see one driving down the road you get chills up your spine and your knees buckle hmm that there is a potential 12 second car . Like an ******* here is my opinion there is no legitimate excuse to build an escort, they have non efficient 4 cylinder motors and look like a deformed hyundai. They are nothing special. And for the ongoing mustang guys are blah blah blah too I know there are riced mustangs. I was making a statement about my experience with probes, and I've experienced enough with them to where I am going to generalize them.
