I've raced an STi from about a 60mph roll and he pulled about a half a car length on me before I was steadyly beside him. Not bumper to bumper but even speed on his rear bumper.

 

Damn JD, sounds like you have a fast GT. I should have around 250 rwhp from the factory, I have a Densecharger, Jet chip, BBK offroad, livewires etc, and I took out my system and spare tire etc, so I should be around you, wonder how I would do??????????

a 96 Cobra, 305/300 stock at the crank, probably around 250-255 to the wheels, right?

 

i like that you guys finally respect the STi. maybe i can get some of it now. i do have an STi you know.
but anyways...how modded is your cobra? sticky tires wiould go a long way to getting there. rears should be fun too. thats my favorite mod so far.

LOL... no rice for me. I hate it when you beat an STi with drag radials and 4.10's because they say you have "modified" it. Well reguardless of stock AWD or not, its common sense that says AWD and RWD is two completly different classes that shouldnt be matched from a dig... UNLESS I can grad the same amount of traction that he can. Just my opinion.

Damn dude, lay off the what if's. You're getting 4.10's and DR's, so you should be able to bring it. Unless it's already been broughten.
