I have a 97 mustang gt with slp loudmouth and im driving withmy friend to a restaurant. i have other friends following me there. i see a white impreza with carbon fiber hood and the biggest can i ever saw. He pulls up next to me and revs and i hear what i thought was a turbo when he let off. i got a little scared. i redline to try to scare him off. doesnt work. Hes in a far right lane and im turning left and he follows. i know its on and my adrenaline starts pumping(this would have been maybe my 3rd race). We pull up at a redlight down the road and he rolls down his window. he asks "want to bet". i said no way i just race for fun(i had no money and wasn't even gonna bet if i did). i pull a way we mess with eachother and then another red light. were at rhe front and we sounded like a carshow we were so loud. he rolls down his window and tries to bully me by saying "how much money you got" i yell at him "more than you and look at the light and pull away(earlier i did some burnouts so this helpes a lot for my traction). were going and he is trailing. as soon as i get to 3 gear, i jump ahead and start to pull away. This was the ending point for his cockiness. I look ahead and almost side swipe a jeep. and when i look in my mirrors, i see him doing a 360 and spin out. My friends later tell me that his car shut off and he was bitching and moaning like no other. It was the craziest thing i ever saw and then realized, he was with his girlfriend. I think that it must have killed him to know his girlfriend thinks he has a slow car. oh and from whati thought was a turbo, was just an intake. now i think i should have bet him but one i had no money and two he most likely wouldn't have paid me. this was the most intense night ever.
