Default kill and be killed.

i had a few lunch runs with freinds today in my stock s197. 03 mustang gt with 4.10 gears, diablo, o/r x, catback, 75mm tb, plenum, steeda UD, intake, 315 drag radials and a tri ax. the other car was a 06 cobb stage 2 WRX (i didnt ask how much boost)

first run the 03gt ran the wrx from a 15mph roll, i was behind. the wrx jumped out a bit at first then the 03 starts passing, i was on the his *** the whole time. he pulled out a few cars and i passed the wrx and put a full car on him before i let off (so i pulled a total of 3 cars or so since is started so far back) second run i lined up with the 03gt. we went from like a 10mhp roll which i knew was bad for me since he has such a gear advantage with the 4.10s. sure enough he pulled out in first about a car then i stoped the pull but couldnt gain any more ground till we let off at 85-90ish. his back bumper never fully cleared my front.

all in all i am happy, my car is still bone stock down to the paper filter. heck i dont even have synthetic oil yet lol.

They do feel strange compared to the old car. i think its due to less flex. the car is so much more smooth it "feels" like less is going on.

Nice runs Matt.

P.S.: I put the pulleys on and I think it made a bit of a difference. Car seems to pull a little better in the upper RPM range. Gears should finally be here today (they were on back order) and will be going in some time the following week (hopefully).
