how would the s2000 compare to an 06 gt?

not at all...a stock S2000 wont hang with any properly driven GT made, since maybe the mid 90s.

+1 i beat one on the highway with my bone stock 99 gt 5 speed.

Actually, it'll hang w/ all stock GT's until 05. They run the same 1/4 mile times, whether or not they're "torqueless wonders" or not. A good driver can put a stock one into the high 13's.

20 to 110 I put 2 cars on my freinds S2K. I don't wanna sound like I think I'm invincible. In fact, I'd be shocked if I could hang with a LS1 right now, but this poor dude didn't see my car until I passed him. He was just trying to ditch the car that was pacing him for the last 5 miles.....

Right now, the only mods to the car are springs, catback and 18s.
