Gears + tires can net a mach 1 high 12's... I have seen it. You have to really drive the hell out of the car.
+1 but powershifting + tremec t3650 = get an extended warrenty

machs are low 13 second cars, thats pretty much common knowlage

A Mach is a low 13 second car stock. So with a few minor mods, you'll get into the 12's with one.
Ok Machs are low 13's stock, SRT-4's are mid 13's stock, Cobra's are low 12's stock and vettes are high 11's stock. I'veread all these claims on the internet forums just like this one. In reality ad half a second to all these times and thats what average joe does.
If you can drive, a Mach is a low 13 second car.

Dude im not going to argue that amazing drivers can do amazing things. But seams like every time I line next to an LS1 or a Cobra. they seam to be piloted by less than amazing drivers. I'm just saying throw out the really great times and throw out the guy that runs a 14.5 in a cobra because it doesn't represent the car well. Know what I mean?

haha yeah I know... I pulled a 14.4... that's why I said that you have to drive the heck out of the car, but it can be done... just like my car the way it sits is probably a mid 11 second car... with me? I'll probably put down a 12 something, lol... on the track - im much better driver on the street, lol

dude, motortrend ran a 13.2 in one, and we all know that magazines don't do the greatest job of running a car down the track, an average driver can really run 13.3-13.4 in one, MM and FF ran 13.13 in one at englishtown after only a few hours seat time, a mach 1 with gears exhaust and D/Rs with a driver who is familiar with his car will go under 13 at a decent track

Cool At least you get what im talking about. I ran a 14.7 when I first got my car. And that was stage 2 (Should be mid 13 second car)

I don't feel like argueing about this but if we were all Good drivers we'd get a job racing cars instead working at WaWa or Walmart or whatever. I may very well be worng, it won't be the first time and it won't be the last. But I see alot more high 13 second Mach's, GTO's, SRT-Whatever than I see these 12 second stock ones

Remember you actually have to be able to drive to hit 12's in a slightly modded mach 1.
