Best way to sum up this post. Don't belive everything your read! Go to your local track and see what these cars run, then that should answer your questons.
I have seen a stock S197 run 13.4, very next guy ran a 14.6 in a S197.
I have seen a stock Mach run 13.3, then same guy bad start he puts down a 14.4
I have seen a 500 rwhp cobra run a 13.3, then run a 10.9
