Default Questions about burn out

I recently picked up my 5.0 stang and took it out the other night to practice my burn outs. Well here's what I did. i put the car in second, revved it up to about 4 grand, dumped the clutch and got on the brake.

The car spins for a second, and then starts to wheel hop pretty bad. What am I doing wrong? Do I need more gas, less brake or both. The mods are in my sig, and its on street tires. Thanks.

didn;t think a solid axle would hop much, but what you and do is let is g down to a lower rpm after the tires are spinnin, usually for me that stops any hopping then rev it back up and giver hell.

Mine used to wheel hop when I had my old 225 tires on the back, but not now that I have my 285's on, maybe thats why?
