so i posted earlier today about me beating a dart last weekend ( i have the 67). so i was walkin tall after that, i felt like i could take anyone after beating a 383. so anyways, i just got off work a lil while ago and im heading home, im in a rush to get home so im going kinda fast and a 07 Mustang GT catches me. now i go thru a yellow but he doesnt, he gets stuck there. so im feeling cocky, im like "i can take this guy, or if not,m keep up with him for a while". so i pull over and put on my e lights. after waiting for about 2 mins hes comes up, so i turn off e lights and line up with him. i said "i waited for you" and he laughed. he asked me if my car was stock and i said no, (stupid, i should have said yes), so he tells me his is stock cuz he just bought it not too long ago. i told him i never raced a new stang. so anyway, im all pumped up. light turns green i laucnhed pretty good, but by the time i was off the line he was about a full car ahead of me, i was like wtf is goin on. he dusted my *** soooo bad, i didnt stand a chance, i wasnt a challenge at all. i couldnt even catch up in high end. when i heard his car roar, damn it sounded soooo nice. so yeah, after beating that dart i had a reallly realllly big ego, but now it has been smashed to pieces
but i have a new found respect for the new stangs out there.

 

it could have been worse, a lost to the blue oval is a noble one in comparison to a loss from the coffee can tip muffler of a honda

always a faster car out there than u but learned a good lesson lol. The lesson for todayis to start modding more to ur car!!!! have a nice day kids but aslong as u had fun racin then its all good and goodluck next time

 

Nice death. I used to think the 3v's werent that much more special than my 2v, but after buying one, I was wrong. These things can move alot faster than others think, so now you need to start modding.
