We were messin around from about 30-40 rolls....this thing was just pullin on me....quite decently...not sure if I woulda had him...i think it was more like dead even or he had me......very odd. He claimed it was 100% stock...

 

if he has teh SS cobalt, that sucker is supercharged and underrated at 200 HP, i'm not sure about the torque numbers.
even though its a 4 banger, it puts power down....next time get him at a stop light, i think its a FWD, so it no way for it to go

 

yea it was an SS...but with my mods i figured i woulda had a better shot then i did

 

a stock cobalts 1/4 mile is 14.4 and yours should be around a 14.7 with those mods.

They have SS's that are not supercharged too.

 

You don't really have all that much done. The stupercharged cobalts are decently quick for what they are.

 

they have ****ty quarter mile times cuae they can't launch for **** but they are right up there with stock srt-4s from a roll and though i might get flamed they are pretty close to newedge gts from a roll

Yeah, they have the 2.4 rated at I think 170. But he woulda beat one of those so I'm willing to bet it was the 2.0 S/C SS.

 

I could see a sc/ss cobalt pulling on you from a roll, dont worry with simple mods you'll take him
