My friends T78 vs a guy with a Paxton supercahrged 5.0. I'm not sure about other mods, but he said something about a 330 motor? or 331? Also has Trikflow manifold and claimed hwas pushing 18psi. Supra was only running 22psi with a mix for pump and Cam2. Straight cam 2 is good for 28 psi (roughly 650rwhp). </P>
The guy was talking a lot of s**t from the start so theydecided to both settle it on the street. I only got one race which was from a stop. The second one was from a roll and it was worse for the Mustang<IMG src=smileys/smiley1.gif border="0">. Enjoy the vid</P>
oh also....they are both running bf drag radials</P>

do drive your blown Hemi to and from work? and when you do..are you not making minor earthquakes? oh and one more thing....is your motor stock? and....im willing to bet you have more then a 5 LITER V mothaf**kin 8 in there<IMG src=smileys/smiley19.gif border="0"> compared to a 3 liter 6 cyl with STOCK bottom end<IMG src=smileys/smiley1.gif border="0"></P><edited><editID>Abdel</editID><editDate>37871.977025463</editDate></edited>

nice argument. ive gotta say that hes right...call it dyno queen all you want, supra is a smart car. not insane *** displacement, but still can do some damage with just a turbo. not trying to say displacement isnt a good thing, but supras are alright in my book. <edited><editID>Jugador</editID><editDate>37871.9827893519</editDate></edited>

Abdel - no, he doesn't drive a blown hemi at all. He's talking s**t. He doesn't even drive his Saturn anymore since he broke the differential trying to break into the 15's. ![Smile](https://mustangforums.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
30 psi isn't insane boost on an engine that's built to take it.
Unfortunately a lot of mustang owners think that the 5.0 is the end-all of strong motors because they can do 6-8 psi reliably on stock internals, and 10 psi or so with a little bit of work.
Toyota makes some of the most stout bottom ends out there. I'd certainly like to pick up a late model Supra. Not only is it reliable and fast, but it's good looking too.
