I'm racing an S2000 pretty soon with just an intake. I have 3:73, LT's, O/R X, SLP catback, and cold air intake. Will he get me with the weight difference or should I be able to pull away?

from those mods you have the best mods to get really you should have him, im not sure bout s2000s tho

go from a dig.trust me. you should pull, but launch good. if you go from a roll, you wont win most likely.

and post a vid of it and tell me how it goes, my cuz is getting 1 and when i get my stang i wana race him

Stock for stock should be a drivers race. You'll have the advantage from a dig and your mods should help. Those honda motors dont start to make power til they get up in the rpm range. Does the honda have any mods?

they weigh 2,800lbs, 240BHP at 162lbs tq, and redline at 8K-9K..... stock they run the 1/4 at low-mid 14's and trap high 90's

the S2K is quick and it can beat a 04 stock for stock, but a 05+ should win

s2000's wont beat an 04 stock for stock with equal drivers. an 05+ should have no problem.

a very very good driver will get an s2000 to a 14.2-14.4. with your average being well into the 15s. its a hard car to get going good, but once going, its fast.

I'm sure your V8 brethern will disagee with you. I know they will handle your 6 but it's a drivers race against the 99 to 04 stangs.
