I just bought all the steel tubing to start welding up the chassis for our ZX-6R shifter kart. Yes, 108hp, a 6spd, and 250lbs dry weight.
We are debating whether to run go kart mini-slicks or go bigger for traction with golf cart wheels.

Awesome...a 636...That thing is going to be absolutely insane! Post pics.
Years back we built a cart with a CR250 two smoker and the gear box - that thing was nuts.
An I-4 600 w/ a six speed is going to be hell on wheels.

edit: It's a 599cc, not 636. It's from like 1998 or so. 108hp I believe.

Wow, that thing is going to be BAD ****!!!! I think you can Search VADER cart or Kart on Google Videos and get vids of a guy with one FLYING down the intersate under semi;s and stuff.
