No, you are right. The the new 3.7 doesn't go in the Z unitl the '09 model year....

I know you have heard it before, but even if you are stock, thing like a clean air filter w/o silencer, fresh fuel filter w/injector cleaner, clean T.B, overinflated front tires, good igniton components, clean oil/fluids. A good launch , and all the other basics. All those things had rob preformance if they are neglected. Launch well, and proceed pull on him.
