can a 98 talon TSI actually take a 98 GT. i dunno i raced one a while ago in my 95 with stock geaars and it was close and he wasnt stock. Personally man. id stick with the mustang. dsms are ugly as sin. interior is junk.

oh.. i saw AWD in caps and kind of ignored dsm. so in a way... it's his fault!

Have fun running after your crank buddy. 2G's are famous for crankwalk. I would say go with a 1G no doubt. Better cars all around.

Stock for stock I cannot see any DSM of any year beating a 98 GT. I know they were slow (the 98s) but there is no way they are as slow as my bros 90 AWD TSI was.
