The STI was feeling left out, so I made a little in-car vid. It starts with a 0-90 run, but you can't really see the instruments. I had the camera wedged into the hole in the passenger headrest. Next clip is getting onto the highway with me holding the camera like I did in the Z06 vid. The run is from 20 - 105 or so. The noise you hear at the end of the run is the vibration of the side view mirrors from the wind. The last part of the vid is an 80 mph punch in 4th.

It moves out pretty good. I'd like to think it's a mid 12 second car. What I like most about it is that I can drive it right through the winter and I can still get on it when the roads are wet.

 

Very nice car indeed! I like the stock look. Your like me, I pour my money into the engine instead of adding bling. Bling just doesn't give you any power!

 

I was going to do a turbo swap, but then I got the Z06. It just seems silly to dump a bunch of money into the STI and have it still be slower than my 'Vette. So I think I'll leave it as a maxed out stock turbo STI. If someone really hands me my *** in it, I'll go home and switch cars.
