has anyone noticed what pieces of **** people are now adays? i mean seriously, every race i even get close to is always so hostile. people are talking ****, half the time cant even back it up. then when someone doesnt win, it comes down to being rude, or just ****ing crazy. ive been cut off, yelled at, harrassed.

i mean i dont have a problem with a good run every so often, but people now are so bent on winning that they pull stupid stunts, or just make it all to dangerous. my father had some old muscle when he was a kid, and he never had to deal with this garbage.

its getting to the point where i cant even give someone a thumbs up anymore, because after a run, they wont even let me get next to them without having to weave through traffic.

this crap goes on with all groups ive seen... mustang owners included... maybe ive just had some bad experiances... but it just seems that in todays world, the only nice people you can find are those at a track.

hell i dont even see people smile anymore, its all this tough ***, hard core, no smile mentality... win or lose, the face is the same.

Welcome to America my friend.

A lot of it has to do with where you live too. I've found in general that people north of the Mason-Dixon line on the east coast tend to have a much higher chance of being a complete *******.

yeah alot of people are *** holes. i tihnk more people are *** holes because most of the people that do this are kids. and im 19, but they feel like they need to prove somthing and they think they are the ****. they KNOW they are gonna win and if they dont, well its your fault they lost so now they hate you. me, i try and not bother racing people. because most of them think they are the shiznit and i dont want them to swerve into me with their POS and ruin my car while it raises the value of their car.

unless you know, we get 40+ cars to go to a dead street and we race. everyone is mostly cool when your doing that.

Some of that mess might stem from the "Fast and Furious" mentalitly.

A lot of it is immaturity. Half of the 16-20 years old shouldn't even be able to drive unsupervised.

Yeah, some people are jerks, I dont let it ruin my day.

Whenever I race someone, win or lose, I give the thumbs up, then ask if they can pull over for a quick chat.

Some people are just douche bags. What can you do.

yea, that is true. I raced a guy last week and after I beat him for the 3rd time I gave him a thumbs up & all I got was a dirty look. Oh well, thats why I like orginized races, you know your going to see the people after the race & you usualy know them well enough that you both shake hands and go your seperate ways.

i mean ive seen my fair amount of nice drivers. but recently its just been a big contest to see whos the toughest, sometimes i wonder why people have fun cars if they dont have a good time in them... i have a grin ear to ear whenever i play with mine.
