there definily faster then a s197 because i have race a couple of s197 and i can pull3 or 4 car lengths on them and i have raced a srt-10 and only beat him by 1 or 2 car lengths.

X2. S197 > New Edge stangs lightly modded and all. They can acheive mid 13's with a good driver. FYI, the S197 will beat an SRT with Equal drivers. Weight:Power Ratios sucks and is a huge impact in racing.

what are your 1/4 mile times?
Think about what you said. One guy says that an SRT runs low 13's. You say that you can put 3-4 full car lengths on an S197, that can run mid-high 13's, but only 1 length on an SRT. If that were true, you'd have to be running high 12's riight?

s197=3500@300hp srt-10=5150@500 take off the 1650pounds=(165hp) from the hp(100hp=1000pounds)So if u look at it that way the truck would still have about340hp to the s197 300hp
