I finally got to line up against a S197 GT, a black one. He was up ahead of me and I caught up to him
to wave. So we're driving side by side and he was going to turn left. Then the light turns yellow (we'd
have chance to race from a dig) so he must of said screw it because I see him shoot back into the lane
to go straight. We're side by side and he signals "lets go for it". Light turns green and we go. We're
pretty much neck 'n neck up to about 35mph and then I startto inch. (this is where CAI/tune came into play)
Once I hit 2nd, I started to pull onhim. There was maybe a car length between his front bumper and my back
bumper by the time I hit 3rd (approx 62mph). 3rd pulled some more. It looked like about 3 car lengths
from 0-80. We had to shut down as we were coming into a blind corner.I give Doug at Bamachips credit
for the kill!!

 

good kill man, those 700 buck u spent on those mods paid off

 

Very nice...a tune does wonders for the S197...looks like your other mods were just icing on the cake.
