Power to weight says the Lumina SS has a slight advantage stock.
However most tests show thw Lumina slightly slower.
I have to believe with your Tune and CAI you have a edge.

I would say you should win, but it would be close (don't those holdens run high 13's typically?)

 

If you can drive you should be able to outlaunch him and win it right there. I'd call it a toss- up in a highway roll.
