So my girl and I were driving to the local wally-world, and up comes an R32 VW...it looked new...pretty nice...well, he kept coming up next to me, rev'n up then dumping the clutch...mind you, we both had heavy traffic in front of us...well finallythe traffic broke, and he floored from what looks like second...that car didnt do shiat....I thought they were supposed to be quick little cars? Anyone full on race one? I would have, but it wouldve been stupid due to traffic and the time of day it was.

 

That's kinda funny you saw that, cause the exact opposite happened to me the other day. I thought they were POS's, but a college buddy of mine showed me his friend's car that is an R32...

It had 400 hp.

 

Ibeat the new body r32, so you would obviously kill it

 

They're low 14's. Pretty quick from a dig, not so much from a roll.

I beat the previous gen from a roll, he had his friend with him...Before I raced him, I thought it was a low 13 second car.

They're basically Last gen Audi TT's in Golf clothing. 3.2L VR6 with 240hp, 4motion/Quattro, 6spd. I drove a pre-production euro spec one a year before they came out.
