yea, plus 200 rwhp doesnt seam realistic. They make only make 225 bhp and that was 10 years ago. So your saying they only loose ~11% in the drive train?[&:]

I think 185-190 is much more realistic. Not sure how they respond to mods but it really depends on how restrictive the stock setup was.

nono, iwhine is correct. stock they put about 180ishRWHP, with all that he's at about 200RWHP, and in the 260-270rwtq range. tell me i'm wrong? my auto non-pi dynoed it's numbers in my sig w/ just 75mm throttlebody/plenum and a catback.

er, what? I said 185-190, you said 180ish? so I was wrong becuase I was 5"ish" off? I think thats pretty reasonable for an estimate?

And you said i was wrong but iwhine was right? I was agreeing with iwhine. Note the "yea, plus..."

all I know is I took my buddys 98 with a full exhaust and a fenderwall CAI with my GP GTP (gtp's only mods are a K&N CAI) at the track

It feels fast inside, but just didn't perform

I put down 209rwhp and about 250ishrwtq after full exhaust, TB, and tune. I would say 200-210ish would be reasonable.

no buddy, unless you are presenting what you're saying wrong, you're still wrong. 180ishrwhp is what a stock non-pi GT would put down, a GT with the mods the OP talks of would be around 200rwhp. and really you can't find an excuse because i quote, "I think 185-190 is much more realistic. Not sure how they respond to mods but it really depends on how restrictive the stock setup was."
which means, unless like i said you presented what you're saying wrong, you are saying that 185-190rwhp is more realistic with a car with those mods, but you don't know for sure because you don't know how restrictive the stock setup was. Now from reading your post I believe you are talking of it stock, but you just messed your words up which confused me quite a bit.

No, what I was saying was I think they make about 185 at the wheels. And I dont know how they respond to mods. Meaning 2 different statements. first statment was just saying about how much they make stock, 2nd statment was just saying I dont know how much HP he would be making with the mods. Sorry for the confusion.
