NEED HELP LAUNCHING!!!
Hey guys, I need some help on launching. I'm getting some MT drag radials for xmas but I dont know the best way to use them. I'm only gonna use them when I race and I've never owned a pair?? Look at my sig for my mods and power and tell me what you think.
I raced my buddies 70 truck a while back, I beat him by maybe 1-2 cars, but he wants a rematch....I def dont wanna mess it up from in-experience.....where do I start??

Nothing too crazy....just the biggest that will fit on my 15x7 without modding anything. I think the biggest is 235/60/15. They are going to be the same rims that I have on there now....and the only reason I'm not going any bigger is cause I dont want it to be noticeable.....
Heating Tires:
Water Box and Spin over. Roll forward until its just damp. Hold Brakes (Roll Control would be better).
Run it up in 1st and shift to 2nd. Keep her spinning in 2nd about 5000 rpm until you see white smoke
start coming off the tires. Release brake and roll forward until shes just fixing to catch and then let off
before she snatches (could break something)
Staging:
Get as shallow as you can into the second beam.
Apply Brakes and Bring RPM as high as you can (2000?)
without the car pushing through the beams.
Last Yellow Release Brakes as you rollquicklyto fullthrottle.
