BTW....haha, I edited the first post so it's no longer and "off topic" thread...but now belongs in S/S

I won't get it for Christmas, but soon I need a new exhaust. I want to change from the dumped exhaust to either a side exit or single exit out the back. I absolutely HATE dual exhaust tips on a 4cyl. so I won't be going back to that [they are stock with dual tips].

Side pipes would be tight on that car!

I had a side exit at one time...I'll find a pic...

The only problem was that it sat too low, I'd have to make sure I could weld a hangar close to the edge to keep it from being so low...I couldn't go over speedbumps without hitting, so I took it off.

I do like the single rear exit with a greddy or some other muffler, but I don't know; with dumped exhaust it would take very little to make it side exit.

I found this pic...like I said...it just sat WAY too low

I was about to get on board with this thread til I saw it wasn't serious![8D][&:][:@]
I challenge you to a race to prove that full-bolt Mustangs with laughing gas boost >> SRT4 with 78%Nitrogen/21%oxygen/.9%argon/.03%carbondioxide boost

What all do you have done to your car?

What's the most recent horsepower # you have?

Just curious...

Well as soon as I receive my bonus from work, I'll ship the Stage 3 turbo out to PTP performance for Their up-grade kit. It a 50 pound compressor wheel, Clipped exhaust wheel for better spool and the turbo get ported. I'll throw a set of 750 cc injectors and a return line on it so I can crank up the boost. The net should be somewhere between 50 & 75 Hp over what I have now. The guys on SRT forums that run this set-up are getting low to mid 11' and trapping between 123 and 127 depending on supporting mods. Heres a link to their sight.

Yeah I know PTP's stuff real well, John's putting out some great products. His customer service has a little to be desired....but what do ya do?

I should be putting 750's on mine soon, I'm running a return line and 650's from Deatschwerks...and it's great; but 750's would take my over 400. I'm sitting about 375-380 right now.

I'd like to have the money to do the return line and the bigger fuel pump all at once But with just the 750s and the turbo upgrade I hope to be around 425WHP. Once all the fuel mods are done I should be able to coax 475 out of it. If your getting 375hp you should be good for high 11's on slicks. My best run on slicks was 11.8 @ 118 with a 1.73 60ft. on the stock stage 3 and a few bolt-ons

Hey if you need a return line let me know...$300. Although I know Realtune, Redstar and I'm sure PTP have one too.

Yeah, the 750's should easily take both of us past 400. That's the only thing holding me back from breaking 400 right now. I'm sure on race gas it would be well over 400, but in the real world I don't use race gas nor have the money to keep it on hand.

Although...same topic differnt story...I absolutely LOVE having the .50 trim on the car. I cannot believe the daily drivability of it...as smooth/or almost as stock. I wish I had bought a big turbo sooner. I just got tired of the "stock style" stuff and wanted something reliable...and AGP is definitley that.

Keep me posted on how that wheel upgrade from PTP goes and what the car puts down [although I'm sure you're more worried about the strip]...dyno is for kicks anyway, the driver makes the difference a lot of times.

Im hoping that at least by my birthday (Feb. 29, leapyear baby ) I will have full lt, o/r x, mac muffler exhaust, King Cobra clutch kit, and 3.73's/4.10's. I will probably get the ol man to "refresh" the tranny while its out for the clutch. Keeping my fingers for any/all of this........
