Well i am in thiss class for the air force right now and i met this guy with a 2002 mustang gt, he has a intake, tune, headers and exhaust done, he might have a couple minor thing as well. Obvioulsy since we both have mustangs we talk about our cars,I tell him i am going to the track and he agrees to go, now seems to me he should be running around 290-300 hp with his mods, so in turn it should be a drivers race right, what do u think? and if it doesnt rain on sunday i will definatly post results.

How far from Terre Haute are you?

 

I posted a thread about a similar race. Anyways my car with the mods in my sig vs my friends 05 GT which is bone stock down to the mufflers. I have the same mods as your friend minus the headers. From 25 to about 80-90 he won by about a fender. But with your intake and tune you should have the win easily. I have another friend with an 07 GT that justa has a wms intake. And he beat the 05 i raced by about a car. That tune will help out alot more
