Default Yet another kill.

Ok, i am sitting in the parking lot of food lion w/ a couple of my car buddies waiting for one of our friends to get off work (he works there and got off at 9:00) it is like 8:45. This mid 90's GT pulls in...LOUD AS CRAP. I walk over to him and start talking to him bout his car. Turns out he dropped a 4.6 in it. He added flowmasters and 4.10 rear gears. I told him about my car and he said that he had seen my car aroudn and realy liked it. Said it sound mean and looked realy good. Made me happy to know that i have a good reputation around here w/ the other car guyz. So at about 9:10 my friend final comes out to his car and so does the guy in the GT. I follow suit. We get to the stop light at the edge of the parking lot and both turn left out of the parking lot. This light is at teh far right side of the lot so all of my firends stayed there to watch. As we pull out we stay at like 3-4 mph. untill we get next to each other and then punch it...having the 4.10 he got a jump of about 1 car on my 3.55. But once we hit 2nd gear i pulled him in quick and put 2 cars on him. Then ran em all the way up to about 90 and let off. I called my friend's cell phone and i asked him if it looked like the guy let off in 2nd cause i just blew his doors off in 2nd gear and i thought he would kee up with me. But he said that the guy was still pulling because he could see his car still squating a little in the back and could still hear both of us stepping on it. And when we hit 3rd i got about another car or two. My friend said that by the time we hit our brakes i prolly had 3-4 cars on him and i was pulling away still....[sm=gears.gif]

Sweet kill. I would figure with the weight difference he would stayed right with you, having close to the same motor anyways. Was it a PI 4.6 or an SN95 4.6? Im assuming he had a 3650 ot T45 also?

Wait... wait... wait... you said "mid 90's" so its probably an SN95 model, right? Im thinking it was a Fox with a 4.6 transplant.

LOL The quote is great. LOL

Our body style is referred to as 99-04 im assuming and the ones before us is the SN95 and before that was the Fox bodys. I bet it wasnt a PI inplant. But you would probably have the upper hand.
