Whats a stock s197 run??
I had a run in with a "stock" well thats what he said 05-09 3 valve auto gt. This all happened in the wife's tbss (just bolt-on's and asmall converter)which is good for mid to high12's [sm=badbadbad.gif].... Well we really never got to go from a stop but from a 35mph roll he didnt pull on me and I didnt pull on him to about 110 till we slowed down. We talked for a quick minute gave props on each others ridesand of-course we are both stock...haha.
Was kinda confused because before I did the tq converter,cleaned up the tune, and cai. I was going 13.30 at 103 and raced a stock 3v auto and he went 14.0.
So what do the 3 valvers with a auto run??

Steve's car went 13.8 @ 101 Stock. I think the Density Altitude was a little over Sea level but Im going from memory.
It went 13.2 @ 105 with a CAI/Tune the same day(Largestgain Ive ever seen from a CAI/Tune)

He was not stock that is for sure.. even with full bolt ons and gears an auto GT would be running very low 13's and maybe high 12's with tires under ideal conditions. Even before when you were running 13.3 @ 103 you should have been able to pull an auto GT.

Just doesnt sound right....
Stock in positive da I went 13.79
With efans, Starter tune, ud pulley 13.30 at 103
After the rest of my mods I am kinda quiet about wha it runs since I do occasionally street race..
My mods are on my fquick page....Nothing serious but works damn good!!
