lt1 maro killl
got my 85 fox in november for 600 bucks. It had full exhaust, ported and polished internals, pullies, carb and a 3:73 rear. It was good enough to get a 4th gear chirp.
I decide to taek her around the block for a cruise unregistered and unisured of course...lol and as i come to the stop sign a black 93-96 camaro goes by with pipes the size of smokestacks and had huge backspacing on his rear tires trying to make the stockers look liek radials...i knew id prob lose but i felt like running him so i pulled out and gave chase. He sees me come up behind him and get right on his bumper so he gives me a quick burble. I took it as a follow me and we will get goin.....so we go about a mile or 2 up th eroad and we are nearing a stoplight by the popo station. He signals to go right onto the straight road and as we get to the corner, he drops it into second and fishtails, i drop from 4th to second and give chase. I run out second and bark 3rd getting right back up on his ***, we near a slight bend around 90-100 and he lifts a little, as do i but the fox nearly loses it with its terrible handling just kept pushing, so the road straightens out and i pounce back on the loud pedal, i get right up on him and go right by him, he was WOT too cause i just heard the drone of the lt's pipes, his car was wayy loud...as i turnaround not wanting to stry too far un registered, i stop at the stop light and my car overheats.....go figure
it was a fun and good kill couldnt belive i beat a lt, but i did, sorry for the big oll paragraph..[&:]

i no it was stupid but my first mustang i waited 16 years to get one. The car was a 85 gt t-top 5.0 5spd, i got it so cheap cause it was sitting insome guys backyard for 2 yrs. it eventually needed a paintjob and some minor rust sanding, only surface tho, but the seals were new for the t-tops it was nice, all i did was wash it and sold it for 1500, still undervalued i think but made a nice profit...and the mileage was 120,985 when i got it all original mileage, owner said he took it to florida back and forth 4 times, she was really reliable, i was really surprised i took him
