Beautiful spring day, pulling sedately away from a traffic light. Get up to 35 in 3rd gear and all of a sudden I hear this downshift/roar on my left as a black Magnum SRT starts his run from my blind spot.

He never even made it to my front bumper.

Trying to figure out why he didn't just make his intentions known at the light so I could have accomodated him in a fully sportsmanlike manner. Why the sneak attack?]

Ah well.

 

He knew he needed a head start?

 

haha yea i guess so, iw as just gonna say that srt shoulda ran from u, but then i read ur mods and u happen to have 4:10s and a saleen blower..haha so way to put him in his place...siicck wagons tho

 

Did you stay in 3rd at 35 or downshift? I have to stay in 3rd or i'll spin.

Just pressed the pedal down. I have that same problem although it is much better with the new suspension/tires.

 

Nice kill. Run that thing at the track, I'd love to see how it would do against some head/cam bolt-on LS1's. [8D]
