Escort ZX2's are also supposed to run 15.7 stock.......that's about what my ZX3 would do modded.

And maybe I should clarify on the chirp. It wasn't a little "chirp" from dropping the clutch. It was more of a power type chirp (I can practically rip the tires up in 2nd & it would do a regular brief chirp in 3rd). It's hard to explain, but you definitely would understand if you drove one.

 

Maybe that guy he raced also owns the Mustang GTR with the turbo rotary, and vtec, that has full exhaust and a supercharger. [8D]

Actually the spec v has variable valve timing for all you people who are ripping on the guy about hearing vtak, yo!!!

 

ya I know, the new 4.0 torque monsters also have variable timing......so should we change the name to 4.0 vtak from torque monster?[8D]
