mustang dyno's always read low, thats just the way they are
You don't run a car on a mustang dyno to get high numbers thats for sure, but from the guys I have talked to about it they are supposed to be a better tuning tool because they are more accurate

I wouldn't stress about those numbers, especially on a mustang dyno.
I got to drive a stock 04 CTS-V with the LS6 for a week, and that car was strong as hell. I'd love to see one after a few mods like that. Kinda made me fall in love with Cadillacs.

hell my HCI 5.0 only made 250/280 on a mustang dyno (NA)
But I have heard because they apply a real world load to the rollers it makes for more accurate tunning.....can't say I know why though[8D]

Dyno numbers don't mean much, refer to my thread in this section. My car only made 296 rwhp on a Dynojet with the listed mods, yet runs 12.7s @ 108-109, 8 tenths and 4 mph faster then when it was stock.
Dyno numbers can be manipulated in any number of ways depending on the type of dyno and procedures used, either intentionally or unintentionally. The timeslips tell the real story; a second is a second and a 1/4 mile is a 1/4 mile wherever you go. Not too many ways to manipulate that.
