You may get out on him a hair at the start because of the 4.10's, but it's still going to be ugly.

Isn't there a sticky about this? Can we give the LS1 threads a rest already. Hell, I'm an LSX guy, and even I'm tired of the LS1 threads.

You might stand a chance against a convertable, 2.73 geared auto, with 4 fat people in it. I've always though that Hypertech sucked. But, last weekend when I was watching HorsepowerTV. They used a Hypertech programmer on a bone stock C6 Z06 and picked up around 30+rwhp from it. I'm still not sure if I want to believe it or not. I know it atleast doesn't do crap for Fbodies.
Have you ever noticed that whenhorse power TVtests something from one of the shows sponsors it always does extremely well.

How can someone not find an LS thread with information. Every page on the street/strip section from page 1 to the last in the archive is populated about 40% with LS threads.

And yeah, you'll get killed.

This site is LS1tech Jr, how in Baby Jesus' name could you not find info here?
Anyhoo, my best run when stock was 13.52; usually it would run 13.6 or slower. Hope this helps.

Yea, I was about to say that tommy went 13.6's, and his car is CAPABLE of something like that with a good launch.

9/10 times you're going to lose this race. But it's within possibility.

lol. Yes. Like when they did a dyno test between E3 spark plugs vs. the leading competitor (Bosch +4's). And the E3's gave them an extra 7 hp and 12 lbft of torque, or something close to those numbers,on a 383. Or, they also used some oil additive stuff last weekend that gave them a little extra power too. I forgot what the stuff was called, though.
