What will I run??
Well this is more to show off my new springs but I figured I would toss in a little benchracing as well.
I did the FRA mod last weekend (Free Ram Air) and I have a lid on the way...
For those who don't know the F-Body has an extremely pathetic/restrictive air box...
The factory airbox draws all of it's air through this front opening and the bottom of the box is plastic (preventing air from entering from anywhere but the from gap you see here) (on theright you will see the opening that is created by this mod...)

The FRA mod consists of cutting out the bottom of the box and cutting out the plastic divider below to allow air from below (that normally gets pushed through the radiator) to come up from the bottom of the box as well as through the front. I read a post a week ago where a guy gained 9rwhp from this mod (though we all know dynos can vary that's a good gain for a car testing back to back on the same dyno, same day just 10 minutes between runs) especially for free. I figure once my lid is on I will be looking at a 10~15rwhp gain here (for a total cost of 25 dollars!)
I also got around to putting on my 1LE springs.
I must say the car handles WAY better (1LE cars were well known for busting .90 ~ .91 on the skidpad and these springs also dropped my car several inches as well).
I have a couple reference shots....(before good quality pic)

After (cell phone pic..sorry for the quality)

So what do you think...can I get into the 12s?

I think it'll hit 12s......if you hire Evan Smith to drive it.

All kidding aside, the mod sounds like it works, and I think you said you've gotten a best of 13.10 out of it.......so maybe.
Except sometimes dropping a car causes some extra wheel-spin due to the lack of weight transfer. May be trickier to launch now, so start practicing........
P.S. The car looks MUCH better dropped.
