I'd say it looks like a drivers race.. (meaning, give or take .5 sec in the 1/4) anything can happen.. but... if he went 13.0 and you've never been to the track to prove your driving ability then enough with bench racing and on to the real thing

just hope he breaks down when he tries to race you. theres around a 50% chance he will.

 

gsx...are those the AWD ones? If so I think he probably has you, if he is actually running low 13's you are toast.

Being AWD he would actually be at a disadvantage from a roll.I asume he's talking about the EVO 16G turbo.8-9psi ... I had a 97 GST and if I remember right it ran 14lbs stock....
I have no idea what he has but if his engine isn't crap the 4G63 with a 16G with suporting mods might suprise you..

 

oh.. i figured the OP with his mods would be low 13s.. i guess i keep thinking the 02s and the s197s are fairly close... as an s197 with his mods should be upper 12s.

 

just run him and lay all doubt to rest

hey baller.. i know that damn car in and out...its a quick car *yours*...as u know the kid u bought it off of..well me him and another buddy put it all togeather....id HIGHLY reccommend a new dyno tune tho...your not at full potential....
