And btw it wasn't a cts-v it was an sts-v, they have 469 hp but weigh 4300lbs
Can someone explain the difference between the CTS-V and STS-V? They look exactly the same to me.

STS-V is supercharged with an underrated 469bhp.
CTS-V comes with an LS6 or an LS2.

The CTS-V also comes with a 6 speed and is lighter than the STS-V.

Just to clear things up....

CTS-V 400hp (04-05 LS6 I believe) (06-07 LS2) 3,509lbs according to caddy website

4.6

13.1 this car is in the m5 class but with a m3 price. a lot of people think it is meant to compete with the m3 but it is really an m5 competitor. the 2009 cts-v will have 550+hp Supercharged (LS9) that is a detuned version of the ZR-1

STS-V 469hp (Northstar V8 Supercharged) 4,233lbs

4.8

13.4ish
