My buddy has a 95 vert and runs mid 12's. He has patriot stage 2 heads, stall, DR's, Bassani exhaust, cai, msd, 125 shot, dyno-tuned, cams (but I don't know which type), and a little suspension work.
Off the bottle he runs mid/high 13's.

HCI it really depends on what combo, your tune etc etc

an freaking stock iron alphabet cam headered will be 300 rwhp....a guy at the local track has that exact setup and is running low-mid 8's with like 30x rwhp
