Hey guys/girls. My friend just insured his 91 5.0L Stang...his mods are...BBK Header, Flowmaster exhaust, King Cobra Clutch, Short Shifter, K&N CAI and MSD Ignition.

I have 1995 Camaro Z28 with K&N CAI and Flowmaster exhaust...The rest is all Stock. His has about 225-230 HP at the Flywheel...I have about 240-245 HP at my rear wheels. Plus mine has waay more torque then his stang.

Who do you think? I saw him on the road and he refused to race me... I had to Beg for a race cuz he never lost a race (BullSh!t).

his stick 5Spd so am i 6Speed

 

probably you due to the fact of gearing and tourqe......but it all depends on where you start at....stop or a roll, well i don't really know becuase of his mods he may either be dead even with you or he may pull a little, just depends on how fresh the motors are. i may have to give this to your buddy....but i don't know squat about the lt1. sorry

 

I would say its gonna be a really close race. Reguardless of the fact that you have 10-20 hp & tq over him... you drive a boat. He probably weighs in close to 2800 lbs to your 3300 lbs. So he may have you. Its all in the holeshot.

 

It is not supercharged so you will have no problem beating him from a stop or in a roll on.

 

the stang is fast...He's got a nice fast ride. Let's see what happends.
