Yes, this is absolutely superior logic, and the correct terminology is actually called "coercion" if you were curious. As I stated earlier, in countries that have regimented rules on the road, if you are doing the limit in the left lane or any lane for that matter, and you refuse to yield to slower traffic, you are guilty of coercion, and thus will be ticketed. Fortunately I have driven in several European nations, including Germany, and they make the United States look like a circus.

 

Notice how I placed the conjuction "OR" in my sentence. That means my slow-minded friends, I either flash my lights, OR when conditions permit and traffic is either stopped or slow, I will yell out my window to a motorist who can safely hear me. Nice try.

That Nissan driver could have been rushing someone to the hospital, have just lost a loved one, or some other emergency. You nor anyone else here knows other's situations, so leave your traps shut. Back to the actual original arguement, the actual poster was more at fault than the driver of the nissan. In a one lane road presumably unless the posters comments are fictitious, if the nissan had attempted to pass, the poster was going to gun his car, thus causing an accident with possible fatalities and or injuries. To me this seems MUCH worse than a person speeding and tailgating a tortoise going the speed limit.
